I have a question about changing my job?
If I post my resume on some job hunting websites, once the current company finds that I am looking for a new job, what can I do?
Hi, friends, how do you do it? should I write my real name and current company name on the resume? how do you handle this matter?

Maybe a small-sized company will not search the internet everyday.

我觉得还是要小心点, 一旦现在的公司知道了.可以说基本上没有办法再待下去了, 即使他们不能怎么你, 不过时间长了, 也会找机会开掉的.
不用写真名, 公司也不用写上, 只写上现在的公司性质就行了. 如果你的资历符合某个公司的要求, 他们给你联系的时候再告诉他们就行了。
