please tell me that how to set up constraints between sketch element and origin work plane,axis or center point in sketch of Inventor.
for example,i can give dimension to a center point of circle to constraint the position of the circle in other 3D software.But in Inventor,I only can dimension the dimater of the circle,the relative position between the circle and work plan can not be dimensioned.

You have to project X, Y axis, or work planes to the sketch using Project Geomerty command. Then you can use them as references.
