如何将你的面试机会增加三倍？
正在找工作的朋友，你是否在为没有面试机会发愁呢？大家可能经常有这种经历，即简历发了不少，可就是没什么面世机会，仿佛这些发出去的简历都如石沉大海了一般。这里介绍三个小窍门，运用得当可以使你的面试几率至少增加三倍。
1。仔细检讨你的Cover Letter。在你的Cover Letter中，你是否十分清楚、直接并真诚地提出希望得到面试的机会，还是只是简单地一带而过？这点十分重要。那么具体如何才能十分清楚、直接并真诚地提出希望得到面试的机会？可以参考下面的例子：
“I would love to meet in person to discuss the position of [fill in job title here]. I will accommodate my schedule to meet yours. I think I'd be a great fit and I welcome the opportunity for a personal interview.”
“I would like to schedule an interview when it works best for you. [Insert company name here], is at the top of my list of companies I'd like to work for.”
2。直接给雇主打电话。如果在发出简历后7到10天左右没有得到任何回应，你应该立即打电话给雇主直接要求面试机会。当然有时可能没有雇主的联系方法，但如果能有可能联系到，就一定要打电话过去。同时在提出面试请求时，不要让人感到很pushy，但要让对方了解到你希望得到这份工作的热情。
3。用E-mail Follow up。现在的雇主都很忙，他们可能希望别人只用Email联系。你可以充分利用这点主动与对方follow up。可以参考下面的例子：
Dear Mr./Ms. Smith:
Last week I sent over my resume and cover letter for the position of general manager of ABC Corporation. I know you're probably swamped with applications but I feel very confident I'm what you're looking for. May I have just thirty minutes of your time for an interview at your convenience? Thanks for taking a moment to read my request. I really look forward to meeting with you.
