I don't think there is a formal title for people working on gas cutting. Usually workers called welders do this type of job in workshops or fields.

In my company there is no independent position titled 气割工, although some people do this job.

Perhaps it can be called gas cutter (plasma cutter,  laser cutter ) , gas welder  or workers on gas cutting and the like.
