You just open the file in SolidWorks, and select File>Save As. Then, select the Save as Type in the list box below the file name list box.
Remember, whenever you distribute your assembly file, don't forget to copy all components part files of the assembly. Otherwise, no body can see your assembly.

上面Mr. zhang 说了. 只传装配文件，而不传零件,别人是打不开你的文件的. 打不开文件怎么能转呀?
