西安羊肉泡馍 入选非物质文化遗产

陕西省西安“同盛祥”饭庄的牛羊肉泡馍驰名中外，制作技术日前被列入中国国家级非物质文化遗产名录。
　　据新华网报道，牛羊肉泡馍是独具西安特色的著名小吃。传说牛羊肉泡馍是在公元前11世纪古代“牛羊羹”的基础上演化而来。西周时曾将“牛羊羹”列为国王、诸侯的“礼馔”。

　　据中国史书《宋书》记载，南北朝时，毛修之因向宋武帝献上“牛羊羹”绝味，武帝为其封官，后又升为尚书光禄大夫。近代以来，牛羊肉泡馍成为驰名中外的西安饮食文化代表。

　　西安“同盛祥”建于80多年前，牛羊肉泡馍制作历史悠久，制作配料考究，做工精细，配制方法料重味醇，肉烂汤浓、馍筋光滑、香气四溢、清爽可口，多次获得中国餐饮大奖。

I had ever been to Xian several times since. the most favourate thing in Xian is 羊肉泡馍, very yummy. One huge bowl of it  could stuff the stomach full a whole day. The taste is so good. If only I was in this city, no other food could get into my mind, only this 羊肉泡馍.

I miss this kind meal so much, watering right now. some day once going home, I will definitely go to Xian for 羊肉泡馍. I like the feeling of making crumbs out of a hard chinese cake while waiting for the serving.
