So far, it does not have this function. I don't think it will have this function in the future. For CAD software, there is no need to have the file access protection. Your design has to show to somebody in different format. If you don't want them to modify your design, just give them the IGES, or some other format file. When you save your file to other format, the parameters will be removed from your model. People can only see the geometry.
